When using Wer's systems, You must comply with all requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions:

• Failure to do so will render You responsible for the costs and consequences of any action taken in breach.Wer is under no obligation to inform User about future changes to its services.

6. COMMUNICATIONS

By providing an email address or other contact details, you grant permission for Wer to contact You using that method.

7. DATA COLLECTION AND USE

Wer may collect personal data from Users and will comply with all relevant legislation in relation to processing this information:

• This includes but is not limited to use of User's name and address for promotional purposes.If you do not wish us to keep your details, please notify the system administrator at least 30 days before your account is due to be deleted.

8. PAYMENTS

Wer does not offer cash back services and any transaction involving Wer may involve payment processing fees, which You are solely responsible for.

9. CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION

You can cancel Your registration by clicking the "Cancel Account" button on the website.Wer has the right to terminate this Agreement at its discretion without notice:

• User agrees not to bring a claim against Wer after termination of these Terms and Conditions.

10. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wer disclaims all warranties:

• Including but not limited to any implied warranty as to non-infringement or merchantability.Wer will not be liable for:

• In the event of a dispute between User and Wer regarding this Agreement or its interpretation.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between User and Wer.It supersedes all other written or oral agreements made for its subject matter, including prior representations or understandings:

15. SEVERABILITY

The invalidity or unenforceability of one provision shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions:

• All affected parties will attempt in good faith to replace such provision with a new clause that is valid and enforceable, having substantially the same effect.In case some parts may no longer be legally binding, all others continue unchanged.

16. FORCE MAJEURE

Wer shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations arising from circumstances beyond its control:

• Including but not limited to force majeure events such as natural disaster, government restrictions or power outage.Wer will make best efforts to rectify the situation within a reasonable time frame.

17. AMENDMENTS AND MODIFICATIONS

Wer may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice:

• Upon entering into an agreement for services with Wer You agree that the amended terms shall apply from date they are posted on our website.

18. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF UNDERSTANDING

You acknowledge that by accessing or using the Services, you have read and understood all of these Terms and Conditions:

• Your continued use of the Services following any changes will be taken as acceptance thereof.Wer reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate services at its discretion.

These Terms and Conditions will be governed exclusively by the laws. By accessing or using our Services You agree that all disputes shall be resolved in accordance with these laws:
